Each tea bag (1.6g) contains: Organic senna leaf (Senna alexandrina)

For adults and children over 12 years. Unless otherwise prescribed, drink 1 cup of PoopingTea® preferably at bedtime. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for effects to occur. Consult your physician for use beyond 7 days. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Pour 8 OZ (240 mL) of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. To achieve the perfect poop, steep as recommended:

An extra push: 10 minutes
A powerful poop: 15 minutes
Feeling adventurous?: 20+ minutes

Once steeped, squeeze the crap out of the tea bag to ensure maximum strength pooping capacity and enjoy!

Allergy Advice: This product is manufactured in a factory where nuts are used. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.

Contraindications: Do not use if you have ileus, intestinal obstruction, intestinal stenosis, atonic bowel, acute intestinal inflammation (e.g. Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, severe dehydration states with water and electrolyte depletion.

Side Effects: In individual cases, abdominal spasms and pain may occur, particularly in patients with irritable colon. If you experience pain, spasms, or diarrhea, a dosage reduction is necessary.

Warnings: Consult your physician if you have a kidney disorder, fecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Or if you are taking cardiac medications or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
