What is PoopingTea?
PoopingTea™ is the #1 All Natural Way to Go #2™ using just a single herb, Senna Leaf (Senna Alexandrina), known for its laxative properties, in our simple tea.

Who is PoopingTea for? 
PoopingTea™ is for adults and children over 12 years old. 

Who should not use PoopingTea
PoopingTea™ is not for children under 12 years old, and pregnant or breastfeeding mothers. Also see Warnings, Contraindications, and Side Effects. 

What is the recommended dose? 
Drink 1 cup 8 oz. (240ml) of PoopingTea™ preferably before bed. Allow at least 6-12 hours for effects to occur. Consult your physician for use past 7 days. 

How to Use PoopingTea
Unless otherwise prescribed, pour 8 oz. (240ml) of freshly boiled water over your tea, cover, and allow to steep. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract. 

To achieve the perfect poop, you must allow your PoopingTea™ to steep for the minimum recommended time to achieve results. 

Recommended Steep Times (depending on your level of constipation) 

  • 10 Min – An Extra Push 
    You will have a good poop. 
  • 15 Min – A Powerful Poop 
    Plan to spend some time on the porcelain throne, you will feel great! 
  • 20 Min – Feel Adventurous 
    The gift that keeps on giving. Expect to visit the throne a few times, you will feel fantastic! 

Are there Side Effects? 
Stomach cramping may occur. This is temporary and will pass when you poop. 

In individual cases, abdominal spasms and pain may occur, in particular in patients with irritable colon. If you experience pain, spasms, or diarrhea, a dosage reduction is necessary. 

Are there allergens in the facility the tea is manufactured in?
PoopingTea™  is manufactured in a factory where coconut may be used. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. 

WARNINGS 
Consult your physician if you have a kidney disorder, fecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Or if you are taking cardiac medications or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.

CONTRAINDICTIONS 
Do not use if you have ileus, acute intestinal inflammation (e.g., Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis), appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, severe hydration states with water and electrolyte depletion.

Unfortunately, your order immediately goes into place as soon as it is placed, and we can no longer accept changes to the items or to the shipping location.

Do you offer international shipping? 
Yes, we are proud to offer delivery to over 250 countries via our shipping partners' network. 

Is there a tracking number for my order? 
Yes, each item ordered will be provided with an individual tracking number in individual emails as the products are shipped. Please reference the tracking numbers on your order email for carrier information. 

How do I track my order's shipping progress? 
Please visit the carrier's website (as listed on your shipping confirmation email) and enter it into the carrier's website for updates on your shipments. 

What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping? 
If your order arrives damaged, please visit our easy online returns center to initiate a refund request. 

If your package does not arrive, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. 

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs? 
Only PoopingTea™ tea product is available for combined shipping. All merchandise ships individually. 

Are there any delays expected during holidays or peak seasons? 
Shipping delays are a natural and common occurrence during the holiday season. Please track your order to find its delivery date estimate.

Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Is PoopingTea eligible for returns?  
Absolutely! PoopingTea™ is available for our Satisfaction Guarantee, given the return is initiated through our online portal within 7 days of receipt, with its original packaging and is made through our website, www.poopingtea.com.

Is PoopingTea eligible for exchanges? 
We do not offer exchanges on PoopingTea™ currently. 

Can I return or exchange PoopingTea Merchandise? 
PoopingTea™ Specialty Made to Order Merchandise is final sale. If you receive a defective item, please contact our support team at hello@poopingtea.com and one of our experts will be happy to assist you. 

How will I receive my refund?  
You will receive a full refund to the original payment method, or as store credit, which you have the option to select while processing your online return through our portal. 

How to Initiate a Return 

  1. Visit Our Returns Page: (insert link) 
    Go to the Returns page on our website to get started with your return process. 
  2. Provide Your Information: 
    Enter your order number and the reason for your return. Our system will guide you through the process step by step! Please include photos of damaged or defective items to speed up the return process. 
  3. Choose Your Shipping Method:  
    You will have different return shipping options, including prepaid labels, or using a carrier of your choice. 
  4. Pack Your Item:  
    Please ensure that you include the original packaging and at least 50% of the individual tea bags remaining. This helps us process your return smoothly and ensure fairness in our generous return policy. 
  5. Ship Your Package:
    Once your item is packed, send it back to us. Do not forget to keep a copy of the tracking number for your records! 
  6. Once we receive the return request and product, we will confirm the return, and you will receive an email.
