We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of PoopingTea®. If you aren’t completely satisfied, just ensure you initiate a return using our easy online returns portal*, within 7 days of receiving your PoopingTea®.
*Limit of one return per customer.
Eligibility
PoopingTea® is available for a satisfaction guarantee, given the return is initiated through our online portal within 7 days of receipt, with its original packaging. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method, or as a store credit. We do not accept exchanges on PoopingTea®.
PoopingTea® Specialty Made to Order Merchandise is final sale. If you receive a defective item, please contact our support team at hello@poopingtea.com and one our experts will be happy to assist you.
How to Initiate a Return
If you receive a PoopingTea® product that is defective, please follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
- Visit Our Returns Page: Go to the Returns page on our website to get started with your return process.
- Provide Your Information: Enter your order number and the reason for your return. Our system will guide you through the process step by step!
- Choose Your Shipping Method: You will have different return shipping options, including prepaid labels or using a carrier of your choice.
- Pack Your Item: Please ensure that you include the original packaging and as many of the individual tea bags as possible. This helps us process your return smoothly.
- Ship Your Package: Once your item is packed, send it back to us. Don’t forget to keep a copy of the tracking number for your records!
